Privacy-Preserving Decision-Making over Blockchain

Many blockchain applications require democratic on-chain decision-making. In this work, we propose a community-inclusive decentralised collaborative decision-making system with privacy assurance. Its key component is two-stage voting scheme inspired by choice architecture. Our compatible most existing infrastructures. addition, it supports liquid democracy/delegative for better intelligence. Namely, stake holders can either vote directly on proposals or delegate their power to experts. When majority of committee members are honest, no one derive voters' preferences delegations non-negligible probability. To support concurrent multiple events, design distributed batch generation protocol that generate keys simultaneously amortised communication cost $\mathcal {O}(n)$ per key, where notation="LaTeX">$n$ the number participants. Besides, our “evolving committee”, i.e., be changed during period. We implemented pilot in Scala, benchmark results indicate large participants high efficiency.
